Ultimate is an exciting, non-contact, co-ed team sport, played by thousands the world over. It mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball, American Football and Netball into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game. It is played on a field similar to an American Football pitch. The game is played without referees - players make their own foul calls. Click here for the Irish Ultimate Frisbee website.
This mini-tennis game is played by 2 or 4 people on a badminton-sized court using wood paddle racquets and a plastic, poly baseball with holes. Pickleball can be played on any hard surface and is ideal for small spaces.
