Introduction:  What is the context for this task?

Recently it has been noted that the school’s senior team have been very slow to get going in their last few matches and there have been a number of muscular injuries among the players.  You have been invited, as an expert in the field, to design and lead a master class in warm-up or cool down.  As well as leading the practical session, you will provide background information on safe and effective warm-up and cool-down by way of a brochure of a PowerPoint presentation.

Looking forward to seeing you in action!
